How do you return the product?
In one of the following ways of your choice:
1. Collection by courier from home free of charge. To coordinate delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 03-3766663.
2. Delivery of the product to one of the Sabon branches in Israel.
3. Delivery of the product by mail to the address Mazuda street 16 area 5800160.
When returning the product, an invoice or delivery note must be attached.
1. The promotion is valid between the dates 1.1.2023 and 31.12.2023, for purchases made on the SABON website during the promotion period only.
2. Sabon may change the terms of the promotion, and extend or shorten the period of the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. In the event of the end of the promotion, the promotion will not apply to orders placed after the notification of the end.
3. You can try and return only one product per purchase (even if several products were purchased during one purchase, it will be possible to return only one product as part of the promotion). Boxes that have been opened and used cannot be returned.
4. The product will be returned in its original packaging.
5. The credit will be made within 7 days from the date of return of the product, using the credit card with which the purchase was made on the website. Products purchased on the site and returned in the store, worth NIS 150 or more, will be credited with a check that will be sent by mail within 7 business days.
