We at SABON are doing everything to let you enjoy products of the best quality, and the best possible experience for the body and the spirit.
If you do want to return or exchange the products you purchased from us, you can do this in one of the following ways:
Refunds for products purchased on the Israeli website:
A refund for any product purchased on the Israeli website will be issued within 14 days from its delivery. You may return a product at any SABON store. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
You may also return products for a refund by shipping them to us, provided they have not been damaged or used, and are in their original packaging. The refund will be issued within 14 days from the delivery of the products, and will not include shipping charges.
If you choose to ship the products back to us, you will need to complete a return slip included in the original package with the required information clearly readable, enclosing it in the package, along with the original receipt for your purchase. To arrange the shipping of the products back to us, you will need to contact us at +972 3 7701800.
If you ship the products back to us for a refund, SABON will not bear the shipping cost, and it will be charged through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
If your purchase included a gift, it must be returned along with the purchased product for a refund to be issued.
The refund processing may take up to 21 business days from the delivery of the returned products to us.
Products purchased on the website may only be exchanged at SABON stores, within 30 days from the delivery of the products. The exchange transaction will not include the shipping charges.
Returning/exchanging products at a store:
A refund will be issued within 14 days from the delivery of the products to us along with the original receipt.
Products purchased on the website and returned at a store, at NIS150 and higher, will be refunded thorough a check mailed to you.
Product exchanges or store credits will be processed within 30 days of the products delivery to us.
Any exchange/return must be accompanied by the original receipt, without which no exchange/refund will be possible.
The products must be unused and closed in their original packaging.
The Ministry of Health mandates that underwear and nail polish may not be returned after purchase.
Order cancelations by SABON:
Your order may not be fulfilled if the ordered product was no longer in stock after the order was completed, or if your credit-card or personal information was not fully processed by the system. In such an event you will be contacted by our customer service.
