Instructions for replacing or returning a product - SABON website
Want to exchange or return the item you purchased on the SABON website?
This can be done at no cost, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the guidelines set out below. The conditions for returning or replacing a product received are that the product has not been damaged and has not been used, as well as the presentation of an invoice.
Exchange or return at one of the SABON branches
You can exchange or return a product purchased on the website at one of the SABON branches in Israel, in accordance with the list of branches published on the SABON website.
Product replacement will be done within 30 days of receipt of the product. The replacement of the product will be done as a credit in the amount of the purchase price on the website, and not according to the price of the product in the store.
You can return the product and receive a full refund, or credit for repurchase on the site, of your choice, within 14 days of receiving the product.
Products that are purchased on the site and returned in the store, worth 150 NIS or more, will be credited with a check that will be mailed within 7 business days.
Return via Israel Post
You can return the product by mail within 14 days of receiving the product, and receive a full refund, or credit for repurchase on the SABON website, of your choice. A monetary credit will be made within 7 business days.
The product must be sent with an invoice to the address: 16 Hamashuda Street, area 5800160.
Upon receipt of the product, our customer service will contact you by phone and the credit will be made accordingly.
Cancellation of a transaction due to a defect or non-compliance
In the event of cancellation of a transaction due to a defect, non-compliance, incorrect product delivery or any other SABON malfunction, you can contact us at the time of customer service whose details appear below, and we will take care of collecting the product and providing a full credit.
Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, it is not possible to replace or return lingerie and nail polish items.
