Business Days – Weekdays (Sunday to Thursday), excluding the order date, Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, official rest days, Chol HaMoed, and memorial days.

Home Delivery by Courier
For purchases up to ₪198 (inclusive) – delivery fee: ₪24
For purchases over ₪199 and up to ₪298 (inclusive) – delivery fee: ₪14
For purchases over ₪299– free delivery!
The courier will contact you by phone to coordinate delivery. Therefore, it is recommended to be available after placing the order on the website. Delivery hours are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, so it is advisable to choose an address that is convenient for receiving deliveries during these hours (for example, a workplace address).

In-Store Pickup from SABON Stores
The in-store pickup service is available only at selected stores and is not offered at all SABON locations.
The list of stores offering this service is updated daily.

You may select your preferred store for in-store pickup during the checkout process. At checkout, a list of stores offering in-store pickup at that time will be displayed, allowing you to choose the most convenient store.

Once the package arrives at the selected store, an SMS notification will be sent to the phone number provided at the time of order, including details about the store’s opening hours.
