What should I do if I receive a wrong order?

Home delivery costs:

 

When purchasing up to 150 NIS - the shipping cost is 25 NIS

For purchases over 150 NIS - free shipping

*On purchase up to 150 NIS for payment not including redeeming points/benefits

 

Fast Shipping:

Delivery to any of the cities on the list will be fast, without additional charge.

An order placed by 10:30 a.m. during a business day will be delivered if possible on the same day, between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. An order placed after 10:30 will be delivered, if possible, on the business day following the date of placing the order.

pay attention! In order to make fast delivery, there is an obligation to be available on the phone given at the time of placing the order.

 

Regular delivery:

Normal delivery to settlements that are not on the express delivery list, will be made within 3-5 business days from the date of placing the order.

In the Golan Heights area, the Dead Sea settlements, the Arava and Eilat settlements - the shipment will be made within 7 business days from the date of placing the order.

In the month of November, the shipment will be made within 7 business days from the date of placing the order, and in the Golan Heights area, the Dead Sea settlements, the Arava and Eilat settlements, within 14 business days from the date of placing the order.

In order to optimize the delivery, it is recommended to choose delivery to the address where you are most of the day - at work, at home, or any other address of your choice.

 

General conditions for deliveries:

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Orders received in the system on Fridays, Saturdays or holidays will only be processed on the next business day.

Business days - Sunday to Thursday, not including holiday eves, holidays, Chol HaMoed and Shabbat.

Shipping fees cannot be paid with vouchers, coupons, club points or promotions, and shipping fees will be added to the final order amount after all reductions and deductions.

In the case of ordering a product that is not in stock, SABON will notify you as soon as possible, and allow you to change or cancel the order. The delivery date will change accordingly.

If the customer is not available to receive the delivery after 3 attempts by the delivery company or does not arrive to pick up the products from the selected branch within 2 business days from the date the customer received notification of this, Sabon will be entitled to cancel the order (without charging the customer for the cost of the products) and charge the The customer will pay handling and shipping fees of 250 NIS. In addition, in the aforementioned case Sabon will be entitled to block the customer from making future purchases through the website.

The delivery is subject to conditions of reasonable accessibility (infrastructure, security restrictions, etc.). If necessary, in accordance with SABON’s discretion, the delivery will be provided for collection from a nearby location that will be coordinated in advance.

When you finalize your order, at the finalize section, you must fill in a short form with your contact and delivery details. In that section you will also have a check box with the possibility to receive an invoice with a company name. The invoice will be sent to you, along with a payment receipt.
