Return Policy
Transaction Cancellation
1. To cancel a transaction, you may contact the Company’s Customer Service directly at 073-7099999 or by email at sabonservices@golfco.co.il.
2. You are entitled to cancel the transaction no later than 30 days from receipt of the product or receipt of this document. In the case of a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, cancellation may be made within 4 months from the aforesaid date. The terms applicable to transaction cancellation are as set forth in the regulations published on the Website – Chapter D: Transaction Cancellation and Product Return Policy. 3. If you are entitled to a refund, it will be made within 14 days from receipt of the cancellation notice. In the event of cancellation of a transaction for the purchase of a product that included an additional benefit in addition to the purchased product (for example, an additional product as a gift, an additional product at a discount, etc.), the refund you receive will reflect the amount actually paid after receipt of the benefit.
4. In cases where the refund is made to a credit card, there is no need to contact the credit card company to cancel the transaction – we will take care of it for you.
5. If you cancel the transaction and/or return a product due to a defect in the product, non-conformity between the product and the details provided about it in accordance with applicable law, failure to supply the product on the agreed date, or any other breach by us in connection with the transaction, you may notify us and we will coordinate a date for collecting the product, all in accordance with applicable law.
Exchanges and Returns
1. Exchanges and returns may be made at the chain’s stores within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Please note: fragile items and sleeping pillows may be exchanged/returned only at SABON chain stores.

How to Return and Exchange an Item at SABON Stores
1. Bring the item to the nearest SABON store.
2. Bring the packing slip/invoice sheet enclosed with the package, which serves as an exchange slip.
In stores, you may:
3. Return the item and receive store credit for purchases at one of the Group’s stores.
4. Return the item and receive a refund in the amount actually paid on the Website, subject to the regulations published on the Website – “Chapter D: Transaction Cancellation and Product Return Policy.” To view Chapter D of the Website regulations, click here.
5. Exchange the same item for a different color or size, subject to stock availability in the store. Please note: if you wish to exchange for a different item or for the same item in a different color or size, and there is a price difference between the Website and the store, you will receive store credit or be required to pay the difference up to the store price of the item.
Additional Notes
1. Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law, the right to cancel a transaction does not apply to perishable goods (products that, upon delivery to the customer and once supplied, cannot be used again or supplied to another customer, or products whose value is lost during the period until the product is returned, or products that may spoil before being returned).
2. It is not possible to return a single item purchased as part of a kit/set/bundle; only the entire kit/set/bundle may be returned, including all of its components.
