1. You are requested to read these terms of use carefully. The website www.sabon.co.il (hereinafter: "the website") is a website on the Internet (the network) operated by Sabon Global Ltd. 32. You can pay on the website using the Visa, Leumi Card, Mastercard, Isracard, American Express and Diners credit cards as well as using a PayPal, Bit, Multipass account.

33. The images of the products displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only, and there may be differences between the appearance and specifications of the product and the image displayed on the website.

34. The variety of products, services and prices (including for delivery) and the terms of payment on the website can change from time to time at the sole discretion of the company.

35. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be caused by the lack of stock of a certain product. In case you purchase a product that is out of stock, the company will notify you of this as soon as possible and will not charge the credit card you provided. The company does not guarantee that a product appearing on the website is in stock, and no compensation will be given if a purchased product is not delivered due to lack of stock.

Shipping policy and costs

36. We will deliver orders only within the borders of the State of Israel.

40. We will not be responsible for any damage due to a delay and/or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery caused by force majeure and/or events beyond the control of the company, including strikes, accidents, bad weather, security emergencies, hostilities, Terrorism and the like.

Transaction cancellation policy / return and exchange of goods

45. 46. In the cancellation notice, the details of the transaction and the identity card number of the buyer must be specified, and if the cancellation notice was given by phone - additional identifying information.

47. If the product has been delivered to you, you may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the shipment, and receive a full refund for the cost of the product. The cancellation will be done in one of the following ways:

47.1. By returning the product to one of the SABON stores in Israel.

47.2. By returning the product together with a notification of the cancellation of the transaction, by delivery to the address: 16 Al-Mazoda Street, Zone 5800160. To coordinate the delivery, please contact us by phone: 03-3766663.

48. If you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, as defined in section 14c1. (a) According to the Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to cancel any transaction within 4 months from the date of receipt of the shipment and/or from the date of receipt of a verification message with the order details as required by law, whichever is the later, in one of the ways detailed in Sections 44 and 46 above, and this subject to presenting appropriate certificate.

49. If a gift was received with the purchase of the products, the product given as a gift must also be returned, in order to receive the refund.

50. In case of cancellation of a transaction as mentioned above, we will return to you the consideration paid for the transaction and/or the returned product, within 7 days from the date of the cancellation notice and/or return of the product, whichever is the later. Products purchased on the site and returned in the store, in the amount of NIS 150 or more, will be credited with a check from the company which will be sent by mail. 74. By accessing or using the service, you understand that you are waiving your rights in connection with claims that are unknown to you at this time.

75. Sabon and/or anyone on its behalf are not responsible for the actions, content or information of third parties, and you release the Sabon parties from any claim for damages, known or unknown, arising from or related to the claim against said third parties.

Precedence of documents

Limitation Agreement
