International Brother΄s Day 2021
The regulations for the prize draw that she conducts are published herewith

1. The International Brothers Day promotion 2021 (hereinafter: "the promotion") was conducted by the SABON shel paham (2000) Ltd. (hereinafter: "Sabon") between the dates 24-25.5.2021 (hereinafter: "the promotion period").
2. Members of the Sabon Customer Club, who have a valid club membership card (hereinafter: "Club Members"), who will purchase during the promotion period in one of the Sabon shops in Israel, including on the website (hereinafter: "Participants in the Sale") may participate in the promotion.
3. For every purchase of one large product, among the products participating in the sale, a small product will be given as a gift. The following is a list of the products participating in the sale:

4. The promotion is subject to the conditions listed below:
4.1 Limited to one product per customer;
4.2 Without double promotions and discounts;
4.3 It is not possible to pay by means of shopping vouchers and / or coupons of any kind.
4.4 It is not possible to redeem customer club points for the purpose of purchasing the items as part of the promotion.
5. Sabon may terminate the promotion at any time and / or change, add, cancel the terms of the promotion and / or the terms of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
6. It is not possible to purchase a wholesale purchase as part of the sale (including of different items or in different branches). Sabon reserves the right to deny the right to participate in the promotion from anyone who is found to have purchased a commercial quantity in branches and / or cheated and / or not in the manner set forth in these Bylaws, in its sole discretion and without being required to give reasons for its decision.
7. In any case of conflict and / or inconsistency between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and any other publications regarding the promotion, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail for all intents and purposes.
8. In participating in the operation, the participant agrees, confirms and declares that he has read the regulations, that he accepts his instructions, and that these regulations will apply to him and will be binding on everything and anything.
9. What is stated in these regulations is worded in masculine for convenience only, but it applies equally to members of both sexes.
10. Participation in the promotion is the sole responsibility of the participant, and Sabon will not be liable for any damage, direct and / or indirect, loss, loss or expense caused to any of the participants in connection with the promotion.
11. Any dispute regarding this operation will be referred to the competent court in the Tel Aviv District only.
